The Outliers Fundamentals isn’t like anything you’ve done before. No gimmicks, just real coaching that builds real athletes. Across four powerful sessions, you’ll get personalised coaching each week to master our movement methodology and build a stronger, more athletic you.
What you need to know:
Online Course
Our online course will be fully interactive and run live via video call. It will require you to have minimum amount of kit – these include: two dumbbells, one medicine ball/slam ball, one band and a kettlebell. We can help you with recommendations for kit providers. Performance coaching from your own home!

- Mondays and Thursdays for three weeks, starting w/c 9th June 2025.
