Our in-person and remote consultation and treatment session is a comprehensive assessment designed to identify the root cause of your pain, discomfort, or injury
Rehabilitation in Strength – 12 Week Plan
Our 12 week programme integrates physiotherapy with strength and conditioning to not only reduce pain and injury risk, but also build on strength, movement quality and control and overall performance for long-term results.
