Train at home, in the gym, or on the road with structured sessions that keep you strong, mobile, and resilient.
Train up to four days per week with new programmes delivered every Sunday via our app, giving you a clear plan for the week ahead. Every exercise is supported by video demonstrations from expert Outliers coaches, with options for full or limited equipment training.
When you start, you will complete six introductory sessions as part of your training plan. These teach The Outliers Method, ensuring you understand our approach, move with purpose and reduce injury risk, from day one.

Bespoke Coaching
Individualised training, built around you.
Our bespoke coaching delivers a fully tailored programme designed around your goals, sport, training history, lifestyle, and current capacity.
After an initial assessment your programme will be built and delivered via our app and updated regularly based on your progress. Every session includes video demonstrations, clear intent, and direct application of The Outliers Method.
Our Bespoke coaching service also offers in person or online sessions that fit in with your plan. This may be looking at sports technique or an element of strength and conditioning.
You’ll have ongoing contact with your performance coach, ensuring feedback, adjustments, and accountability throughout so your training evolves as you do, not just week to week, but long term.
Resilience Programme
Built for long term health, confidence, and consistency, the Resilience Programme supports those who want to stay active, strong, and injury-free, without high training demands.
Using simple, effective strength and movement work, sessions are designed to be completed in under one hour, focusing on joint health, strength, and movement confidence. The programme applies The Outliers Method in a progressive, accessible way, helping you build capacity for life compliment your goals.

Our programmes are designed for a wide range of abilities, from those returning to structured training to athletes looking to improve performance. Each option is built around The Outliers Method, with progressions to match your experience and goals.
Training is structured across four sessions per week, with each session taking around one hour. This allows you to train consistently alongside work, sport, and everyday life.
Yes, ideally, you need some equipment to get the best benefit from resistance training. However, a minimum amount of kit would be: two dumbbells, a resistance band, and a kettlebell. If possible we recommend athletes to get a light medicine ball or slam ball. All exercises can be adapted to work with this equipment. Any further questions don’t hesitate to contact us.
