What We Offer:
Physiotherapy Initial Consultation : From £75
Our in-person and remote consultation and treatment session is a comprehensive assessment designed to identify the root cause of your pain, discomfort, or injury.
- Comprehensive Injury Assessment:
- This stage goes beyond the injured area to evaluate how your body moves and functions generally. We will assess your movement patterns, balance, coordination and strength to reveal any compensations or imbalances that may be contributing to your pain.
- Holistic Movement Assessment:
- Here we identify the root cause of your pain, discomfort or injury. We will take a detailed look at your lifestyle followed by a thorough physical examination including a joint and muscle testing.
- Initial Rehabilitation Plan
- We will provide individualised plan to help you return to a pain-free, active lifestyle.
The usual initial assessment is 1 hour. However, if you feel you have multiple movement issues or if you feel your case is more complex, then we offer the option of a longer initial assessment of 1.5 hours. This allows time for an appropriate thorough assessment. If you wish to make the appointment 1.5 hours please let us know in the enquiry form.
Rehabilitation in Strength – 12 Week Plan
Why choose this programme?
True recovery goes beyond short-term fixes. Our 12 week programme integrates physiotherapy with strength and conditioning to not only reduce pain and injury risk, but also build on strength, movement quality and control and overall performance for long-term results.
What’s included?
- Physiotherapy led Initial 1.5 hour movement assessment.
- Accountability and ongoing support for your rehab and strength and conditioning over a three month period with five additional face to face consultations.
- A progressive approach to rehabilitation which is also integrated into a strength program designed around you and your needs.
- The opportunity to learn how to move more effectively toward your goals through a blend of rehab-focused training and the Outliers Movement Methodology.
- Access all your training through an online app, made complete with instructional videos for every exercise.
By the end of 12 weeks, you’ll have a better understanding of how to train effectively for your body and reduce the risk of future injury. You’ll leave with the knowledge and confidence to manage your health or, if you’d like continued support, you can continue your journey through our Performance and Resilience Online Programmes
